Interruption to Service/Closure Notice

Vendors must provide a minimum of sixty (60) days written notice for significant interruptions to their Dropship fulfilment that may affect the direct-to-consumer process (i.e. warehouse changes/moves, scheduled down time, holiday shutdowns, technological changes, etc.)

Please use the Dropship Support form and select the "Interruption to Service/Closure" option from the dropdown (or click on the link) to advise us of any of the above office and/or warehouse closures.

Holiday Closures

While your warehouses/offices are closed, we will still be sending you orders, which you are expected to fulfill once the warehouse/office re-opens. We will add a buffer to the start and end time of the closures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Warehouse Address Change

Along with filling out the Interruption to Service/Closure request, please log in to the Indigo Vendor Hub and add/change your new warehouse address.

Lead Time Extension Request

Dropship vendors launch with a standard 2 business day fulfilment agreement (the time from when you receive the order to when it leaves the warehouse) unless otherwise negotiated with the buyers.

To request consideration for an extension of your order fulfillment lead time, please reach out to your respective Indigo buyer. To avoid chargebacks on late shipments, please give us 1 business week to review your request.
