Separate from the GS1-128 / shipping label, carton markings include the UPC, Product Description, Carton Weight, and Case Quantity. They’re used to identify what’s in the carton after it’s been received, put away, or shipped to another site. They’re usually printed on the carton themselves (but can be another sticker), and should match the information on the GS1-128 / shipping label.
