How to Recover Your Username

If you have forgotten your username for the Indigo Vendor Hub, you can have it emailed to you by navigating to the Vendor Hub home page with your preferred web browser and clicking Forgot username? at the top right of the page:

This will open a new page for you to enter the following to confirm your identity.

Please note: the required information to validate your identity will differ slightly depending on if your registration notes your company as located in the USA or not.

 

1.  Select whether your company is in the US or not:

 

2.  Enter your contact information:

3(a).  If you selected Yes to "Is your company within the US?": Fill in at least three of the following four fields to confirm your identity. 

Please note: If using the TIN to validate your identity, enter it as it appears on your company's W-9 form, with the dash after the first two numbers included: ##-#######.

3(b).  If you selected No to "Is your company within the US?": Fill in at least three of the following five fields to confirm your identity.

Please note: The Company Name is your legal company name as entered in your Vendor Hub registration (including spaces and punctuation). The Vendor Number is your official six-digit Indigo vendor number.

 

4.  Complete the security Captcha, then click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to have your username emailed to you.

 

Potential error message: If the information entered in this page does not match the information in your company's registration, you will receive the following error message at the top of the page after clicking the Submit button:

If you do, please fill out the Vendor Onboarding Support form and select Vendor Hub from the dropdown, providing as many details as you can.
