What is the Safe Food for Canadians License?
The Safe Food for Canadians (SFC) License is issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency for the sake of importing food into Canada.
What do I need to provide Indigo?
If you are a vendor outside of Canada and sell food items to Indigo, you are required to upload your SFC license to your registration on the Indigo Vendor Hub. You will also need to upload a document stating the Business Importation Number of your import-export account with the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA).
